Plain-English version. We’re a small local business, not an ad network — we collect only what we need to do the job.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, address — when you ask to be notified, request a booking, or apply to join the crew.
  • Job details — service requested, home size, add-ons, preferred dates, and any notes you share.
  • Basic web technicals from your browser when you submit a form (user-agent and referrer), so we can debug and stop spam.

What we do with it

  • Reply to your request and coordinate the work.
  • Send you launch updates if you asked to be notified — never unrelated marketing, never sold to third parties.
  • Run the business: scheduling, dispatching, invoicing.

Who sees it

Only the people who need to. The booking-and-leads system is operated for us by Frayze Technologies (also in Thunder Bay). The pro assigned to your job sees the details needed to do it — your name, address, and any notes you flagged. Nothing more.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you and meet our tax/insurance obligations. You can ask us to delete your record any time — email hello@thunderbayhomeservices.com and we’ll handle it.

Cookies & tracking

The site stores a small service-worker cache so it loads fast and works offline as a basic web app. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

Changes

If anything material changes, we’ll update this page and bump the date at the top.
